Kitchen Manager - Kitchen Manager Golden Corral Employee Review

When offered position, I was on salary and bonuses are suppose to compensate for your salary. So every manager received two paychecks a month and one bonus check a month. From January to October I had made $35k, I was suppose to make $58k/ year. They never let you off work for important dates. I missed my wife's sisters funeral, My brothers wedding, my father being in the hospital, my sons birthday and etc. We would close at 11:00 pm but don't expect to be out of there until at least 2:00 am. I worked a little over a year there and was never once granted my vacation to the point I lost all vacation time!
