Pros

The families are great, the pay is pretty good compared to other companies, flexibility, and fun opportunities to hang with team members.

Cons

Turnover with State Directors and BCBAs which decreases rapport, management speaks to you any kind of way and will pull your cases without concern for the client or their families. Also not much room for growth unless you suck up then they will “create” a non-essential position for you or actually have a BCBA certification to move up. The company is not ran by someone with a BCBA certification or ABA experience, but they have real estate experience and sales management I believe $$$$

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
