Pros

The PTO accrual is decent. They do work gatherings and give away.

Cons

You have to take a full days PTO instead of just the time you need. You don't get paid for cancellations nor are there consequences to families for consistent cancellations. Travel can be extreme and you don't get additional pay for it.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
