Pros
if you can get the hours (that's a big if) they have some of the highest pay in the Atlanta metro
Cons
Hours fluctuate daily- you usually get your schedule the night before Supervision is basically non existent for most clients (BCBA's spend days with one client and act surprised when staff on another client don't have any targets to run with another client). Also you get put with clients you've never worked with before with no supervision. Upper management does not care for RBT's- you have to fight to get devices fixed when a client breaks them (but the company won't give out devices but make it a job requirement) The company does not pay for meetings, once a month everybody leaves their clients with two BCBA's and there is a rushed meeting where you can't ask questions since you have to get back to your client before the billing period is over. A lot of working for free is expected- come in 15 minutes early and set up your room, stay 10 minutes late to do a deep clean, spending an extra (unpaid) 5 minutes with a client everyday since your relief is late
