Cons
-If there's a client cancellation, there's not many systems in place to soften the financial loss. Examples of present systems are: if client's are available they can schedule you to cover them, you can use PTO to cover lost time, and you can discuss making up the sessions with the clients. These are not the worst options, but it does lend to some innate inconsistencies in the job. To be fair, this is more of a con related to the industry at large than an admonishment of Golden Steps as this is issue is present across the field.
