Pay is good, and some of the supervisors are good people.

Cons

The guy in charge is a bit of a rude person. Expecting everyone to be able to always work at all times and not have lives outside of work.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
