Pros

Finally an ABA agency where I feel valued and appreciated. I don’t just feel like a billable number. The families are wonderful and I feel like I’m making a difference in the world. I am valued and supported.

Cons

Due to the nature of the job, a lot of hours can be after school, which doesn’t really work with my schedule.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
