Pros

Left to pursue a role based on my degree. It was such a hard decision, but I felt that it was the best for me at the time. Oh man, I regret leaving so much. I miss the people, the support and the energy all around. Hoping to come back to Golden Steps soon!

Cons

I wish they would revisit the PTO package.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
