Awesome Company to Join! - Talent Acquisition Specialist Golden Steps ABA Employee Review

Golden Steps ABA is an awesome company to be apart of it. We get to work side by side with both the CEO and COO, who are awesome individuals. Upper management makes an effort to celebrate everyone in the office and keeps the energy light and fun! I'm fairly new to the ABA field so training was extremely important for me. The person I trained with was extremely thorough and patient as I learned the new software(s) and terms. I wasn't forced to do individual work prematurely, the team made sure I was well prepared! My boss is awesome, very understanding and available for any needs I may have! Great experience.
