Pros

The work environment is great. As fast pace as it is, it does not feel like you are glued to your screen. If you are doing your responsibilities you won’t have someone micromanaging. I actually look forward coming to working.

Cons

Multitasking is a must, not really a con just a generalization.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
