Pros
The clients and families I worked with were amazing. I was able to get plenty of hours and the pay was pretty good.
Cons
Management is not very supportive, understanding, approachable, encouraging, or reasonable. I had asked for materials for 3 months with no success. The BCBA was supposed to supervise once a week but I didn't see her for 2 months. Also I had to work at a daycare for 1 client and was being treated badly by the staff and was finally asked to not come back. My director told me the client was switching daycares so I needed to go to the new one but they were affiliated with the other one so I respectively declined and asked to be taken off that clients case. The director refused and said he was letting me go bc I wouldn't comply and go to the daycare even though I explained I did not feel comfortable there.
