Can meet some great people, the kids you work with and around are amazing and always make your day!

Cons

No training, for a clinic manager position all you get is a PowerPoint. Support is limited, some state directors/ directors of operations can be VERY passive aggressive. Upper management will not support your choices and give you the proper training you need, major things change either day to day or month to month like how they want reports done, or this new policy, etc etc. Also don’t trust the people you think are your friends or have your back!

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
