- fantastic support from staff and other employees - Excellent supervision from BCBAs - Welcoming and generous environment

Cons

- cancellations ( I work an average of 22 hours when I asked for 30) - miscellaneous job tasks - RBTs clean the clinic - No opportunity to make up hours unless another client cancels

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
