Pros

Range of clients, knowledgeable RBTs, and a great company

Cons

BCBAs have a large caseload and rotate frequently, resulting in a high turnover rate that leads to loss of communication and overworked and overlooked RBTs. I was also maxing out at 25-30 hours as a full-time employee, without considering cancellations.

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
