-enjoyed the people I worked with -lots of materials and resources for the clients

Cons

-constant client cancellations with no pay -if you're promised full-time, you most likely will not get the hours

Pros

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
