Pros

Great BCBA's and State directors were wonderful! You work in-home in KC, and communicate via zoom for supervision, and email for State director.

Cons

When Client drops therapy, so do your hours. It's difficult to define "full time" here.

If you've never worked hybrid, or remote you'll think it's cushiony. Good snacks in the break room also & they do try to do "fun" team in office things... mostly women working here. Good title to beef up your resume.

Cons

It's VERY segregated. The owners keep things in the family and everyone hired outside of the family does all the hard work essentially. High title but also high stress with little guidance or strategy.
