They provide free web based employee training on hundreds of topics, Sponsored by names like Fitch Learning, Investment Banking Institute, Wall Street Prep, and other platforms that would other cost hundreds/thousands of dollars.
Cons
The office is are stilled fairly ruled by office politics. Meritocracy is definitely present, though; if you make a name for yourself and impress upper levels, you will definitely be rewarded.
