      Acquire good talent and pay them well to retain. Decent work environment, highly professional. Some nice short term onsite opportunities and competitive culture.

      Cons

      support work is assigned to everyone in cycles, people may find that a little disturbing. And most of the work was enhancements.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
