      Amazing brand to be associated with Smart people all around Rewards well, both monetarily and professionally Amazing infrastructure & transport facilities Flat hierarchy

      Cons

      Work is very demanding and stressful Poor work-life balance Demotivating as you get to work on outdated technologies No onsite opportunities as GS works like a product company Very tough initially for laterals to integrate, especially for those who are coming out of finance domain.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
