Pros
The only pros I can think of are the benefits package. I think Goldman thinks this makes up for low salaries and no raises/bonuses.
Cons
This is a horrible company to work for. You are just a number and they do not care about their employees at all. There is no opportunity for growth or raises. Your managers have no ability to provide a raise or bonus even if you deserve it. It’s decided by the higher ups that you never see. The Modesto office is run by terrible leadership. The manager is a micromanager and dictator, but won’t follow any of their own rules. Stay away from the company and especially this office. They are not team players and don’t want the best for their employees. They just want the best for themselves. Goldman Sachs thinks just because of their name that they are the greatest thing ever and can do whatever they want. On our team of 6 5 people have left all because of management.
