      Good salary, smart people and excellent culture. The one I like most is grand parties.

      Cons

      Limited use of technology, too much meetings, so many processes to follow for small things.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
