Pros
Great culture. Brilliant use of technology to facilitate a good work-life management- through vistualization, specifically. Team driven culture; relatively flat organization. You'll be surrounded by some of the best minds with a great work ethic.
Cons
Proprietary focus meant very limited learning opportunities in my case. In some cases, the quality of work doesn't contribute much to add value to you.
