      Long hours, veryyyyyyyyyy low pay, no recognition or incentives, bonuses are like unicorns always talked about but never seen. Only IBD get to earn 6 figures, if you are in Operations forget about it. Literally a warehouse manager earns more than an analyst at GS, real story.
