Are you a covert narcissist? Come on down, you’ll fit right in! The hardest working employees at Ayco are usually rewarded with more work. A lot of people are overworked and underpaid, so morale in the office is low. I feel like most people stick around just so they can have "Goldman Sachs” written in their LinkedIn headline. It’s a shame because there are some REALLY great people there, even in upper management! Unfortunately, even just a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch.
