Cons
There appears to be limited career advancement opportunities, with minimal consideration given to internal mobility—particularly a noticeable disconnect between the Warsaw office and other locations. A number of Executive Directors lack essential people management skills, and there is insufficient support from leadership in guiding junior employees in their career development.
