Pros
Not a lot that's great here. In the beginning it seems like there might be a family like environment but that's not real. There are some good people here but the only nice thing about that is having someone to commiserate with.
Cons
It's a shell game of responsibility. When things are good it's because of management. When things are bad it's the low level employees to blame. Feels like a circus of bad decisions run by a self focused carnival barker.
