Pros

Great entry level company with people from all over the world. Employees get a lot of responsibility and are able to express their opinion and share their ideas with the upper management. The company and the employees are open, the work environment is good. The company offers transportation to and from the company. Lunch is free for al employees. The company emphasize a healthy work-life balance. On Tuesdays and Fridays employees can work out in the gym, play football, badminton or go swimming in our own sports facility.

Cons

Language barrier if you don't speak Chinese.
