Pros
I worked at this firm for a few years and gained valuable experience in real estate law. The environment can be fast-paced, and there are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibilities early on. I appreciated the exposure to a variety of legal matters and the chance to work with a diverse group of clients. The support staff is incredible, and are extremely hard-working. Like any workplace, there were challenges, but those experiences helped me grow professionally. I'm grateful for the time I spent there and the skills I developed during my tenure.
Cons
Some of the senior attorneys are unprofessional. Turnover is high. The support staff is wonderful and their opinions should be given more weight.
