      Pros

      The founding team has done such a great job of hiring so far - for a company this stage there are many processes in place that you wouldn't see at a company 2-3x the size. Also, people are actually EXCITED to buy this product - can't ask for much more than that :)

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.
