      A few good reasons to work at Gong is that EVERY person at the company is bright, motivated and at the top of their respective areas of expertise. There is a customer first culture here. It feels like we are at the fore of a revolution in sales.

      Cons

      we are doing things pretty well here--not sure I have a negative to share :-). If you like complete predictability in your day to-day-you probably wouldn't fit in here.

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

      You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
