Pros
Gong has the most supportive and helpful colleagues I've had the pleasure to work with. Employees work extremely hard but also are given the latitude to define what their work schedule and balance can be. The Gong platform is far and away the industry leader and the sky is the limit for this company. In addition, the recruiting experience in my sales enablement role was absolutely top notch.
Cons
Not a Gong problem at all - just that being remote is always challenging. On the bright side, Gong does a TON to build people connections from frequent offsite meetings to Gong Lounges, where a restaurant is rented out in our city once a month for workers to connect and collaborate. So cool.
