Tough market conditions, hard to shift from selling the best product to a whole platform. What has the marketing team done to help the rest of the company past year, other than chase away their best talent? Lost much of its spirit in 2023, as the rough market brought out the worst in some people. Poor decisions were made, bringing in execs and SVPs who don't live by Gong's company and leadership principles. Diversity in leadership was not great.
