Pros

Some free “cannabis products.” Not much actual weed and regardless, hope you can pay your bills with it.

Cons

Cannabis on your resume will blacklist you for future employment elsewhere once you realize the DOS and recruiters conned you. Similarly the job will make you ineligible for many loans and programs you may rely on. Again, no one will disclose this. This place is a dumpster fire. You’ll be expected to work emergency room hours to run what is basically a McDonald’s, Schedule is so lean, you’ll be running the drive-thru for most of your shift. They expect you to make schedules, have development conversations, and actually manage the store in your free time to show how much you “care.”

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
