Literally none. Glassdoor requires 5 words here but there is no pro to it other than being able to say you're employed.

Cons

- toxic management - high stress environment - entire lack of caring about physical and mental safety of employees - entire lack of caring about state regulations - management will try to bully you into breaking state cannabis laws - you may want to kill yourself while working here - many people walk out and if you try to put in a 2 week notice they release you on the spot

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
