The work itself was fun and my team was awesome

Cons

Working Conditions were downright dangerous with fire exits blocked, pallets of product lining the hallways and stacked way too high, storage room shelves not effectively bolted to the ground, and the sheer amount of mold, kief, and chemicals in the air. Cultivation team members have been trapped in grow rooms due to the amount of product stored haphazardly around and numerous people have had their hands crushed by carts of heavy product. They will disregard compliance rules and regulations if it means they can turn a quicker profit. Everyone is severely underpaid and underappreciated. Attendance policies are inhumane. Don't waste your time and energy here.

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
