-Basic educational material is provided. -Periodic raises -Tips -Employee discount

-Unorganized higher management. -Lack of communication and correspondence. -Constantly changing policy. Lack of accountability, especially from higher ups. -Disrespectful and elitist behavior by higher up management toward low level employees. -Unfair/unreasonable point system. -Unrealistic dress codes. -Poor training plans that just teach the basics so you're kind of left to your own devices to educate yourself about a lot of products. -Raises are performance based which promotes favoritism amongst inexperienced management.

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
