Pros

Holidays around for certain type of holiday's always but only for corporate employees, lol not the people working.

Cons

Micromanaged, hostile, toxic environments. Very unprofessional upper leadership dedicators, micromanagement, discriminating towards certain work class of people. Promise more money but never receive it yet leadership gets bonuses every month.

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
