Pros

With any corporate job and investment, their comes room to go learn to products. Training is probably one of the best with hands-on and a process from start to finish. He is probably be ne of the best trainer I have the pleasure to work with. The pay is good for retail sales and working and learning about something you know use and continue to learn about and sharing that with others is amazing. Management is amazing to work with.

Cons

Retail is for every evolving and changing. New processes and policies is part of working with in a corporate culture. Changes are sometime changeling but I DON'T have any cons as I love what I do and to help others is the best part.

- Great Culture Environment - Doesn't feel like a traditional Corporate Office in various ways - Considering the size of the company, I've never felt like a number. My work has impact & it isn't hard to tell what impact it has.

Get a wide variety of training, which helps experience wise

Cons

Major lack of communication and a constant cycle of the blame game. Pay is not enough for the position, other companies pay far better for the same position with less work. You will likely be expected to complete your own work as well as help multiple other departments and receive no extra pay. This is also by far the greediest company I have ever worked for.
