Pros

Fun environment. New facility. Some great staff.

Cons

The owners lack management skills and are not in the office often. Wages are not competitive. Lots of talk, very little action. Little acknowledgement of hard work. They want you to take ownership but don't reward you if you do.

You get to see everybody you know at work.

Cons

Poor management at store and corporate level. They don't care how much experience you have. You might get a 25 cent raise after a year. You will end up doing everybody else's job if you have good work ethic cause most people just stand around and socialize.
