Thank you for taking the time to write this review. You are listing some specific perceptions in your review, I'd like to address them. First our owner is very engaged and cares more about each person working here than I've seen at any other company. We have also been developing a Manager Development training program because we have identified areas where we can help our managers become better leaders. We have been transparent about the development of this program and it rolled out a few weeks ago. Our leaders have noticed, believe me. And lastly, if there is something that you know is going on and not being addressed, please reach out to EE. There is no retribution at Goodway, but we can't solve an issue we don't know about.
