Wrong Reduction - Anonymous employee Goodway Group Employee Review

I was part of a previous reduction and lost my job. The worst part is that I wasn’t given a lot of feedback and I saw that there was a lot of upper management not affected. Their salaries are substantially higher but do a lot less work. Those are the ones that should have been looked at and not those doing the day to day work. It sounds like it hasn’t been improved upon from existing employees so be careful when working for this company. If you aren’t a favorite or in upper management then job security comes into question.
