Goodwill does not care about their employees - Sales Associate Goodwill Southern California Employee Review

we had multiple different attacks on staff and goodwill corporate did not want to call cops. they let customers trash the whole store and swarm us for new merchandise. most managers only care about making impossible sale goal. i have seen multiple people crying including me from terrible managers. i have seen managers snap and be mean to program participants. for all the stuff we put up with its a disgrace that this company who supposedly wants to help but they will verbally yell at employees and we don't even make a living wage.
