Pros
When I was younger, I had no direction, no turn to make, to destination to follow or go to. But it all changed once I decided to make a change in my life. My first objection was the unemployment phase I've been in. I needed to find a way to bridge over to some occupation that would give me the opportunity to work without prior experience. The chance that was given to me was a Blessing. I learned about the value of work through the means of honesty and diligence. Since actions speak louder than words. Through my presentation of a character fully integrated to my job to do and aim for my best performance to do that which was required and beyond.
Cons
The management team might be unprofessional but for the majority of the management team that I've met, most did a fine job.
