Pros

Not always doing the same thing. You are switched around each shift doing different duties. You are able to work lots of hours if you need that. I have seen some growth opportunities for the employees.

Cons

Costumers can sometimes be difficult. Experience working here depends on the boss, but that's pretty much like every job. By the end of my time there they switched from water bottles to a water cooler. The water cooler at my store (and other stores I heard) broke down and they didn't fix it for at least till I left. So we didn't get provided any water, and it gets hot in there constantly moving. They said that technically the dirty sink in the break room counted as "water".
