Beautiful views of Boston Harbor

Cons

Entitled atmosphere while claiming to be "inclusive", the tiers of hierarchy are ever present and they like for you to know it. But a select few are not happy coming to work each day. It was described to me as being "beat down" every single day. Not a very friendly or welcoming place, although they would like for you to believe that it is. Mean spirited people. Benefits are so/so, pay is decent if you can tolerate the environment. Once a month beer & pizza social can't make up for the negatives.

Support staff has been fantastic for career development. Wonderful people to work with and I feel that it has been challenging in a motivational way to keep me developing my skillset.

Cons

I do think that I'm being slightly underpaid but the benefits of working here outweigh that.
