Demanding work environment 24/7, round the clock availability is expected (firm-wide) Tremendously Under staffed while attorney growth is Continual Upper management focuses too much on prestige and image No respect for work-life balance Downton Abby perspective of upstairs vs downstairs Overwhelming stress and pressure Constant firestorms from upper management prevent the ability to make process improvements All talk, no action. Partners get away with poor behavior and business habits but staff is held accountable.

Support staff has been fantastic for career development. Wonderful people to work with and I feel that it has been challenging in a motivational way to keep me developing my skillset.

Cons

I do think that I'm being slightly underpaid but the benefits of working here outweigh that.
