1. Uniform culture 2. Have a job 3. Office in central 4. Good place to learn everything you don't want in a workplace
Cons
1. Certain partners are not technically strong. 2. Certain partners function more like workflow managers to make sure their deal cogs (associates) are functioning in the machine, leaving you to your devices to run deals. Good experience to learn. Flip side is they turn around and blame you and drag you under the bus in front of clients when things go wrong... 3. Hires lawyers and keep them as international legal consultants for a long long time... 4. No seniors to look up to. Just watch your back....
