Loves underpaying their staff and takes in inexperienced managers so they don’t have to pay them as much, which in turn causes a lot of burnout. Really hard to grow within as a lot of the teams are understaffed and they won’t let you move to a different role or up much. Big difference in pay between employees with same experience. Left this place for a similar position and I earn 30k more
