Pros
A good team of seasoned mechanics, ok hours, it was weekly a paycheck on Thursdays.
Cons
A lot of bureaucratic red tap. The management needs to be overhauled . they expect mechanics to be a secretary. No advancement. No training. No understanding of how their stores operate in there respected locations. Upper management expect their stores that located in middle of a neighborhood to be as profitable as if there built into a mall parking lot. which is unrealistic.
