Sadly Goodyear is a declining company. The new C-suite talked a big game but company performance speaks otherwise. Market share/volume is declining quarter over quarter and the stock price is being killed. Many long tenured and loyal Goodyear employees have been laid off due to job outsourcing or plan closures.
